1. Information we collect
We only collect the information necessary to provide and improve our service. By visiting or using our website and services, you agree to the collection of data described below.
Information you provide
- Account information when you sign in with Google: your name and email address.
- Content you create: pattern files, project photos, notes, yarn and tool details you upload to Twizzory.
- Studio photos: personal photos you upload for AI try-on. They are used solely to generate your results: when you run a generation, the photos you selected are processed by Google Gemini (see "Data sharing" below). We do not train models on your photos. Your uploads and results remain private to your account, and you can delete them at any time.
- Billing information: payment details processed securely via our payment partner Creem (we do not store full credit card data).
- Communication: messages or inquiries you send us.
Information we collect automatically
We collect basic usage data such as IP addresses, browser type, and page visits to help us operate and improve the service. This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
2. Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your email address or other personal data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the service or to comply with legal obligations. The service providers we rely on are:
- Creem, our payment partner, which processes your billing information.
- Google Gemini, the AI image service behind Studio. When you run a try-on generation, the photos you selected are sent to Google's Gemini API solely to create your result images, and are handled under Google's API terms. We do not train models on your photos, and we do not send your photos anywhere unless you run a generation with them. Twizzory is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
3. Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Keep you signed in.
- Enable core site functions.
- Collect anonymous analytics.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
4. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal and non-personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your rights
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the Settings page — this permanently removes your account together with all your personal data and uploaded content. You may also request to access, modify, or delete your personal data and uploaded content by reaching out to us at support@twizzory.com. And you can stop using our services to prevent further non-personal data collection.
6. Updates to this policy
We may revise this policy periodically. When changes are made, we'll update the effective date, post the new version on this page, and notify you of any material changes via email.
