1. Overview
Twizzory is a web-based platform for knitters and crocheters that brings your whole craft into one place — explore free and paid patterns, keep your pattern library, plan projects on a board, track your yarn and tool stash, follow patterns with built-in row counters and a chart keeper, and share magazine-style project pages. Your work stays in sync across your devices.
2. Accounts
To use Twizzory, you create an account by signing in with Google. When you sign in, you provide us your name and email address. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload — pattern files, photos, notes and project details. You grant us only the permission needed to store, display and sync that content back to you across your devices. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and store any pattern or file, and you agree not to use Twizzory to infringe a designer's copyright or to share paid patterns you are not licensed to distribute.
4. Studio & AI features
Studio is an AI-powered try-on feature. When you run a generation, the photos you select are transmitted to Google's Gemini API, which creates your result images; by using Studio you consent to this processing. We do not train models on your photos, and your uploads and results remain private to your account — you can delete them at any time. Twizzory is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Acceptable use. Studio may only be used to preview garments. You agree to upload only photos of yourself (or of people who have given you their permission) and garment photos you have the right to use. It is strictly prohibited to use Studio to create NSFW, nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, or any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful imagery. We may block generations through content moderation and may suspend accounts that violate these restrictions. Try-on results are AI-generated previews for inspiration — the fit and look of a real finished garment may differ.
5. Billing & payment
Payment authorization
When you purchase a subscription on Twizzory, you authorize Twizzory and its payment processor (Creem) to charge the payment method you provide for the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes. You agree to keep your payment information accurate, current and complete.
Free plan
Twizzory offers a free plan so you can try the platform before deciding to upgrade. The free plan includes up to 10 projects, 10 pattern files, and 10 yarns, swatches & tools. It's intended to help you evaluate whether the service fits your craft before you subscribe.
Free trial
Paid plans (Hobby and Pro) include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends — cancel any time during the trial and you won't be billed at all. The free trial is one-time only; if you cancel and re-subscribe, you'll be charged immediately.
Subscription plans & billing cycles
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring annual basis according to the plan you select. Unless canceled, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle on the same date.
Price changes
Twizzory may change the subscription price for future billing periods. If a price increase applies, we'll notify you by email in advance, and your continued use after the effective date of the increase constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing or account settings. After cancellation, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you won't be charged again unless you reactivate or purchase a new subscription. Cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
Refunds
You may request a refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have used fewer than 7 Studio image generations. This limitation helps prevent abuse of the refund policy. A refund can be requested directly from the refund button in your billing settings. Once activated, Twizzory registers your request, processes the refund, and immediately cancels your subscription. Except as described above — or where required by law — all subscription fees are non-refundable.
6. Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms periodically. When changes are made, we'll update the effective date, post the new version on this page, and notify you of any material changes via email.
